OVERVIEW
Ethical behavior is about upholding higher standards of conduct than simply adhering to the rules or the law. Conditions that weaken and impact the practitioner’s vigilance on ethical situations, as they relate to working with diverse populations, include: invisibility of bias, confirmatory bias practices, workplace culture, privilege and power imbalances, and burnout.
This training will advance your practice knowledge on the ethical implications of your daily work and will offer space for thoughtful conversations that will cultivate a heightened awareness of ethical dilemmas and challenges in client and patient care delivery.
