June 22-25, 2026 | Monday – Thursday | 11:00 am – 4:00 pm EST**

This 20 hour training is completed over four consecutive 5-hour days.
Attendance on each day is required to receive certification.

Registration Details:

To secure your spot in the training there are three steps that need to be completed.

1. Complete this on-line registration

2. Submit payment and License Agreement no later than 30 days prior to the start of the training.

• Registration is on a first come basis.
• Credit card payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover

Refunds will be issued if you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the training starts. If you cancel your registration within the 30 day window of the start date, payment can be transferred to a later training date or to another recipient.
