1. Describe the role of exercise testing and advanced imaging in heart failure diagnostics 

2. Outline the standard definition of heart failure 

3. Name at least two novel treatments for heart failure, including management of obesity

4. Recall at least one innovation in the care of patients with pulmonary hypertension
